Hi, I'm La'Quesha Fonrose

I’m a therapist and anxiety specialist who helps professional women move from inner chaos to calm, clarity, and confidence. I work with women who are tired of living in constant worry, overwhelm, and mental overdrive — and are ready to finally feel in charge of their thoughts, emotions, and nervous system again.

My approach blends CBT, somatic techniques, EFT tapping, and nervous system regulation to help you not just understand your anxiety — but actually learn how to regulate it.
